Construction Security · UK-wideProtection for sites of every size. IGI Security Services delivers building site security across the UK with SIA-licensed officers, 24/7.
Building site security in your area — scalable protection for sites from a single plot to major developments.
Construction security protects building sites and their plant, materials and workforce. It combines manned guarding and gatehouse access control with electronic measures — CCTV towers, alarms and patrols — scaled to the phase and value of the site.
Main contractors, developers, groundworkers and plant-hire firms use construction security to prevent theft and trespass, control site access, meet CDM and insurer requirements, and keep projects on schedule.
We assess the site, control access from a manned gatehouse, protect the perimeter with CCTV towers and alarms, and patrol out of hours. Everything is logged, giving you a clear record of who was on site and what happened.
Officers are SIA-licensed and BS 7858 vetted; access control supports CDM 2015 site-safety duties, and CCTV is operated in line with the ICO code. Records support insurer and principal-contractor requirements.
Every officer holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858 — the recognised standard for security staff.
