1. Who you're dealing with

Services described on this site are provided by IGI Security Services Ltd (Company No. 15881180). These terms govern use of the website; each client engagement is governed by an individual service agreement or assignment instructions, which take precedence for that engagement.

2. Quotes

Security requirements vary widely, so each engagement is quoted individually in writing before work begins. Prices depend on hours, officer numbers, location and risk. A written quote is the binding price for the work described; genuinely new or changed requirements are quoted separately before they start.

3. Licensing & standards

All officers we deploy hold valid SIA licences and are vetted to BS 7858. We carry public and employer's liability insurance and operate to the standards expected of a professional UK security contractor.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the site, risks and access, safe working conditions for our officers, and any site-specific rules or inductions. Where cover depends on your systems (alarms, keys, CCTV, access), you agree to keep them in working order.

5. Our responsibilities

We deliver the engaged services with reasonable skill and care, deploy properly licensed and vetted officers, keep your information confidential, and provide the reporting agreed for your assignment.

6. Website content

Content on this site is general information, not tailored security advice. We may update the site, prices for new quotes, and these terms at any time; changes never affect a price already agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our aggregate liability for website use is limited to £100, and liability under an engagement is as set out in its service agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
