Security Guarding · UK-wideConcierge and security in one presence. IGI Security Services delivers concierge security across the UK with SIA-licensed officers, 24/7.
Concierge security in your area for residential blocks and premium buildings — a helpful concierge and a vigilant security officer in the same professional role.
Security guarding puts a trained, SIA-licensed officer physically on your site to deter, detect and respond. Guards control access, monitor CCTV, patrol the premises, log incidents and act as a visible presence that stops trouble before it starts.
Offices, retail units, warehouses, business parks, schools, car parks, residential blocks and industrial estates all use manned guarding — anywhere a physical presence protects assets, reassures staff and satisfies insurers.
We survey the site, agree assignment instructions in writing, then deploy vetted officers who sign in on a monitored system. You get shift reports, incident logs and a named account contact — not a faceless call centre.
Every officer holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858. Assignment instructions, patrol records and incident reports are kept for every shift, so your cover is auditable and insurer-ready.
