Celebrity security in Shortlands — protection, privacy and crowd management for performers, influencers and public figures.
As part of our wider close protection in Shortlands, this service is delivered by officers who are trained, licensed and briefed specifically to your premises. Close protection (CP) is the professional protection of a person from harm, harassment or intrusion. It combines advance reconnaissance, secure travel, residential security and a trained CP officer or team who manage risk discreetly.
Shortlands has its own security picture — the mix of premises, footfall and risk across South East London isn't the same as anywhere else. We deploy officers who understand the area and tailor celebrity security to what your Shortlands site actually needs, rather than a generic template.
Executives, high-net-worth individuals and families, public figures, celebrities, diplomats and anyone facing a specific threat use close protection to move and live safely without a heavy, intrusive footprint. If that sounds like your situation in Shortlands, we can help — and there's no job too small or too large.
Tell us what you need in Shortlands. We assess the premises, risks and hours to agree the right cover — with no obligation.
You get a clear, no-surprises quote and assignment instructions in writing before anything starts.
SIA-licensed, BS 7858-vetted officers are matched to your site and briefed on your exact requirements.
A named contact, monitored sign-in and regular reporting keep your Shortlands cover running smoothly, with the flexibility to adjust.
SIA licensing isn't optional, and we treat it that way. Each officer working on your Shortlands assignment carries a current, correct SIA licence for the role, and we can evidence it on request.
Trust starts with vetting. Before an officer works in Shortlands, we screen them to BS 7858: confirming who they are, their right to work, and a verified employment and character history.
Our Shortlands cover runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Need officers at short notice? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll mobilise as fast as we safely can.
When something happens, speed matters. We prioritise urgent and short-notice requests in Shortlands, mobilising licensed officers quickly to secure your premises, people or event.
Whether uniformed and highly visible or low-key and discreet, our Shortlands officers look and act the part — because how security carries itself changes how people behave around it.
We back our officers in Shortlands with proper reporting: attendance logs, incident reports and photo evidence where relevant, all available to you.
Our Shortlands teams use the right tools for the job: real-time sign-in and check-calls, GPS patrol logging, body-worn video where appropriate, and integration with any CCTV or alarms you already have.
Your peace of mind is covered — literally. We hold comprehensive liability insurance for all our Shortlands work and can provide evidence on request.
A typical Shortlands assignment might start with a call on WhatsApp, a same-day site visit, and a licensed officer on shift within days — sometimes hours for urgent work. From there, cover settles into an agreed rota with regular reporting, adjusted whenever your needs change.
The cost of celebrity security in Shortlands depends on the hours, the number of officers, the site and the level of risk — so we quote each job individually rather than quoting a misleading headline rate. Send us the details on WhatsApp and you'll get a clear, no-obligation price.

Not sure whether celebrity security is the right choice for your Shortlands site? We'll tell you honestly. Sometimes a mobile patrol or monitored CCTV does the job at lower cost than a static officer — and sometimes only a full-time presence will do. We recommend what actually fits, not what's most expensive.
Security is also a duty of care. Our Shortlands officers are trained to de-escalate conflict, follow lawful procedures, and put the safety of your staff, visitors and the public first — protecting your business from liability as well as loss.
