The company

This website is operated by IGI Security Services Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales on 6 August 2024 under company number 15881180. Our registered office is 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 4944a, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. Day-to-day operations are run from our London office at Suite 19, 67-68 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London EC1N 8JY.

We provide manned guarding, door supervision, mobile patrols and keyholding, event security, close protection, CCTV and vacant-property protection across the United Kingdom. Every officer we deploy holds a licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and is screened to BS 7858.

How these documents fit together

The Terms of Service govern your use of this website and set the default basis of every engagement. Each assignment is then confirmed in a written quotation and assignment instructions, which take precedence for that work. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including CCTV and incident records, and the Cookie Policy covers this website only. If something goes wrong, the Complaints Procedure tells you exactly what happens and when.
