Professional international close protection in Edinburgh — from a single shift to fully managed, permanent cover, delivered by SIA-licensed officers who know Scotland.
International close protection in Edinburgh and worldwide — CP officers who plan, coordinate and travel with you across borders.
In Edinburgh, our international close protection sits within a complete close protection offering, so cover can scale up or down as your needs change. Close protection (CP) is the professional protection of a person from harm, harassment or intrusion. It combines advance reconnaissance, secure travel, residential security and a trained CP officer or team who manage risk discreetly.
Every location carries different risks, and Edinburgh is no exception. Whether you're protecting a business, a site, an event or a person in Scotland, our international close protection is planned around the local environment, response routes and the specific threats you face here.
Our Edinburgh clients range from independent businesses to national organisations. Executives, high-net-worth individuals and families, public figures, celebrities, diplomats and anyone facing a specific threat use close protection to move and live safely without a heavy, intrusive footprint.
Tell us what you need in Edinburgh. We assess the premises, risks and hours to agree the right cover — with no obligation.
You get a clear, no-surprises quote and assignment instructions in writing before anything starts.
SIA-licensed, BS 7858-vetted officers are matched to your site and briefed on your exact requirements.
A named contact, monitored sign-in and regular reporting keep your Edinburgh cover running smoothly, with the flexibility to adjust.
SIA licensing isn't optional, and we treat it that way. Each officer working on your Edinburgh assignment carries a current, correct SIA licence for the role, and we can evidence it on request.
Trust starts with vetting. Before an officer works in Edinburgh, we screen them to BS 7858: confirming who they are, their right to work, and a verified employment and character history.
Security doesn't keep office hours, and neither do we. Cover in Edinburgh is available day and night, all year round, with someone real answering every call and message.
Our Edinburgh response is built for urgency: a real person answers, we confirm what we can deploy and how quickly, and we get officers moving without the usual delays.
Whether uniformed and highly visible or low-key and discreet, our Edinburgh officers look and act the part — because how security carries itself changes how people behave around it.
You'll always know what's happening on your Edinburgh site. Shift reports, incident logs and monitored sign-in give you a complete, insurer-ready record of the service.
Our Edinburgh teams use the right tools for the job: real-time sign-in and check-calls, GPS patrol logging, body-worn video where appropriate, and integration with any CCTV or alarms you already have.
Your peace of mind is covered — literally. We hold comprehensive liability insurance for all our Edinburgh work and can provide evidence on request.
A typical Edinburgh assignment might start with a call on WhatsApp, a same-day site visit, and a licensed officer on shift within days — sometimes hours for urgent work. From there, cover settles into an agreed rota with regular reporting, adjusted whenever your needs change.
We keep pricing straightforward. Your Edinburgh quote reflects the actual hours, officer numbers and requirements of the job — nothing hidden. Message us and we'll price it properly, usually the same day.

Not sure whether international close protection is the right choice for your Edinburgh site? We'll tell you honestly. Sometimes a mobile patrol or monitored CCTV does the job at lower cost than a static officer — and sometimes only a full-time presence will do. We recommend what actually fits, not what's most expensive.
A good security team reduces risk without creating new ones. Our Edinburgh officers are trained in de-escalation and safe, lawful conduct, so incidents are handled calmly and your liability is protected.
