In The Birches, our vacant property guards sits within a complete vacant property security offering, so cover can scale up or down as your needs change. Vacant property security protects buildings that are empty between tenants, sales, development or probate. It combines physical measures (guarding, patrols, board-up) with electronic ones (CCTV, alarms) and regular documented inspections.
