Looking for cctv monitoring in Shortlands? IGI Security Services provides licensed, professional cover throughout South East London — day, night, weekends and at short notice.
CCTV monitoring in Shortlands — trained operators watching your cameras in real time, challenging intruders and dispatching a response.
In Shortlands, our cctv monitoring sits within a complete cctv security offering, so cover can scale up or down as your needs change. CCTV security covers the design, installation and monitoring of camera systems. Remote monitoring adds trained operators who watch live footage, challenge intruders over audio and dispatch a response — turning cameras from a record into a real-time deterrent.
Local knowledge matters. Our officers work regularly across Shortlands and South East London, so they understand the area's layout, its busy periods and the kinds of incidents that occur — and that shapes how we plan your cctv monitoring.
Our Shortlands clients range from independent businesses to national organisations. Businesses, construction sites, vacant properties, retailers and homes use CCTV to deter crime, gather evidence and — with monitoring — get an active response the moment something happens.
Tell us what you need in Shortlands. We assess the premises, risks and hours to agree the right cover — with no obligation.
You get a clear, no-surprises quote and assignment instructions in writing before anything starts.
SIA-licensed, BS 7858-vetted officers are matched to your site and briefed on your exact requirements.
A named contact, monitored sign-in and regular reporting keep your Shortlands cover running smoothly, with the flexibility to adjust.
Every officer we send to Shortlands holds a valid licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA), the UK regulator for private security. SIA licensing is a legal requirement for security work — and we never deploy an unlicensed officer, whatever the pressure or timescale.
Our officers are screened to BS 7858 — the British Standard for vetting security personnel. That means identity, right-to-work, employment history and character are properly checked before anyone sets foot on your Shortlands site.
We operate around the clock in Shortlands. Whether it's a planned contract or an urgent same-day request, there's always a real person to answer, and we can often have a licensed officer with you quickly.
Emergencies don't wait, so we don't either. For short-notice cover in Shortlands — after an incident, a failed contract or a sudden threat — we move fast to get an officer on site.
Whether uniformed and highly visible or low-key and discreet, our Shortlands officers look and act the part — because how security carries itself changes how people behave around it.
You'll always know what's happening on your Shortlands site. Shift reports, incident logs and monitored sign-in give you a complete, insurer-ready record of the service.
Our Shortlands teams use the right tools for the job: real-time sign-in and check-calls, GPS patrol logging, body-worn video where appropriate, and integration with any CCTV or alarms you already have.
Full insurance is a baseline, not an extra. Our Shortlands cover is backed by public and employer's liability insurance, with documentation available whenever you need it for a tender or contract.
A typical Shortlands assignment might start with a call on WhatsApp, a same-day site visit, and a licensed officer on shift within days — sometimes hours for urgent work. From there, cover settles into an agreed rota with regular reporting, adjusted whenever your needs change.
There's no one-size-fits-all price for cctv monitoring in Shortlands: a single event shift costs very differently to 24/7 permanent cover. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with an honest, fixed quote for the work described.

Not sure whether cctv monitoring is the right choice for your Shortlands site? We'll tell you honestly. Sometimes a mobile patrol or monitored CCTV does the job at lower cost than a static officer — and sometimes only a full-time presence will do. We recommend what actually fits, not what's most expensive.
A good security team reduces risk without creating new ones. Our Shortlands officers are trained in de-escalation and safe, lawful conduct, so incidents are handled calmly and your liability is protected.
